The Paper Lane Nursery at Paulton in Somerset is a 60-place early years facility for under-fives and is part of a wider and ongoing redevelopment of former commercial land, which has brought new homes to the area. TG Escapes was involved from the early stages of the project following a recommendation to the developer from a previous TG Escapes customer.

In partnership with SEND specialist architects Haverstock, The Blue Iris Partnership, and Terra Firma Landscape Architects, we have crafted schemes that can meet the unique needs of many different settings.

Beacon Hill School serves students with high-dependency Special Educational Needs and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. The brief from Newcastle City Council was to create a bespoke, stand-alone facility capable of accommodating 60 pupils.

SEND Hub for the Visually Impaired at Woking High School

Surrey County Council have an increasing need for SEND places and wanted to create additional provision for Visually Impaired students at Woking High School. TG Escapes provided them with a purpose-designed solution including 3 classrooms, breakout spaces, offices and toilets increasing capacity for 11-16 year olds from 12 to 20. The hub will also be used for additional teaching space for the main school. Completed onsite in 22 weeks the building is net-zero in operation.

Dining Room and Kitchen at Barfield Prep School

This building at Barfield Prep School, which took four months to complete, provides a stunning new dining hall. The use of full-height windows running from floor to ceiling brings the outside in. This new room offers panoramic views across nature and ample natural light, making lunchtimes much more pleasurable for the pupils and staff.
