We design and build modular, eco- friendly buildings, for both the public and private sector, while also providing a fully inclusive installation. Experienced Site Manager

Role Description

Our pipeline of projects are UK wide, so flexibility to travel is a must.
As an Experienced Site Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of eco-building projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and environmental standards. Responsibilities include supporting the build team manager, monitoring on-site teams, managing schedules, and resolving site challenges. You will also ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements while maintaining excellent project documentation. Ensuring sites are fully prepared for delivery (foundations, access, utilities), driving programme delivery in line with project timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

What we’re looking for:
βœ” Proven experience as a Site Manager (5+ years)
βœ” Strong background in MMC / modular / timber frame construction
βœ” SMSTS & CSCS (Manager level)
βœ” Excellent leadership and coordination skills
βœ” Strong understanding of HSE compliance and site processes
βœ” Ability to manage projects across UK-wide locations
βœ” Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
