Paul brings over four decades of experience, starting as an apprentice bricklayer in 1982 and later working as a sub-contractor before moving into the utilities sector. He has held key roles in infrastructure, commercial construction, food projects, and residential housing, serving as both an EHS Adviser and Manager. Currently, as Head of HSEQ, Paul directs the Health and Safety roadmap.
