TG Escapes working with Milton Keynes Business Centre to design eco-café and breakout space
Milton Keynes Business Centre is one of 9 centres operating under Capital Space Ltd which provides workspaces for SME’s. They have been successfully operating for 15 years and provide services for a wide range of businesses offering office space, workshops, studios, and meeting rooms.
Looking to enhance what they offer onsite, and following feedback from their customers, they wanted to deliver something unique to improve their offering for new and existing customers. They approached TG Escapes to design a low carbon building which will provide breakout space for meetings but also offer an improved café area.
With the large windows allowing lots of natural light into the building they want to provide a relaxing space to help enhance the wellbeing of customers, particularly during this uncertain time. The new building currently in planning, would offer a flexible space which will also be used for network events, fundraising and the annual summer party.
After presenting the designs for the new building to customers, the feedback was strong;
“We think this is a fabulous idea and it is something we discussed as lacking previously”
“It will be awesome to have a relaxing place to eat”.
“Good to have more catering options on-site & choice for lunch”
With the designs currently in planning, we look forward to starting work on this building in the new year.
