2021: TG Escapes wins Contractor of the Year

In 2021 our team were thrilled to win the Contractor of the Year award at Education Estates, a major award show and conference. This award celebrated all the work we had accomplished over the preceding two years and the company we’d grown into. We’ve been pleased to be recognised at other awards shows in the years since, displayed at the bottom of each page on our website.

Now in its 9th year Education Estates®, the annual gathering of the Education Community, with conference and awards in partnership with the Department for Education, saw over 100 exhibits and more than 150 speakers across 6 stages!

The event is all about discovering ways to transform and refine internal and external learning environments into sustainable and adaptive spaces, from school through to university. It also celebrates the successes of the last year through its hugely popular Awards programme.

We are very proud to have been awarded Contractor of the Year in the category for companies <£50m. The awards night hosted by Zoe Lyons was a night to remember.

We are also proud to have sponsored the Recognition Award presented by our MD Karl Stokes to Fairfields Primary School.

The team were out in force for the conference and exhibition as well where our Commercial Manager Ryan Turner hosted a session on Net Zero and Mark Brown spoke about Biophilic Schools along with Duncan Craig from the DfE.
