Yes. Every building we make is designed from scratch by our in-house architects around your site, your needs and your budget. Because we use a panelised timber frame system, we are free to set room sizes, layouts, window and door positions, services, and finishes to your specification. We can match the look of your existing buildings or blend into natural surroundings. Whether you need a single classroom, a specialist SEND space, a dining hall or a two-storey block, we design and build it to fit.

Ours are permanent buildings, built for the long term. We engineer each one to a 50-year+ design life, designed to Euro Code Zero, the structural standard for load and weather resistance over the long term. The insulated timber frame, quality glazing and durable cladding are chosen to perform well for decades with minimal maintenance. They are built to serve generations of pupils, staff or colleagues.

Yes. A school building takes more wear than most, so we design for it: hard-wearing finishes chosen for school use, durable Western Red Cedar cladding outside, and an insulated timber frame engineered to a 50-year-plus design life. They can be just as robust and comfortable, and the way we build helps quality stay consistent. We manufacture in controlled workshop conditions in Coventry, working indoors to precise drawings under an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified process, then our own team installs to the same blueprint. The result is a warm, well-insulated, hard-wearing building with U-values of 0.18 for walls, 0.14 for the roof and 0.15 for the floor. Customers regularly comment on the insulation, the quiet and the finish.

Yes, and this is one of the real advantages of a panelised design. We can rework room layouts and add further rooms or whole extensions. We can also fit moveable walls and adjustable partitions so you can reconfigure a space over time. If you expect to grow, we can plan a building that is ready to expand, or size the first phase to today’s budget with clear scope to build on later.

We set our cover out plainly: 10 years on the structure, 25 years on the Alwitra single-ply roof membrane, and one year on fixtures and fittings. Maintenance plans are available if you would like ongoing support once the building is in use. Because we design, manufacture and install with our own teams, there is a single point of contact throughout, so if you ever have a question after handover, you know exactly who to speak to.

We design calm, considered environments: sensory-aware layouts, clear sightlines, robust surfaces, generous natural light and easy access to the outdoors. Every space is shaped around the pupils and staff who will use it, and we work closely with you throughout so the finished building genuinely supports wellbeing and learning.

Western Red Cedar is our standard cladding, left to weather naturally into a soft silver-grey over time. If it suits your site better, we can specify render, brick slip or aluminium instead. Inside, we handle the full finish, including plastering, painting, electrics and plumbing, and we tailor lighting, heating and layout to your needs. Because the design is bespoke, we can match an existing building or create something that stands comfortably in its own setting.
